Complete remodelling of an ancient manor.
Given the existing structure bears hundreds of years of history, the decision was made to make all new additions seperate from the outer shell. In that way all functions are inverted and centralised in the rooms, and can easily be “undone” to return the buiding to it’s original state. This methodology is combined with the intent that all loose furnishings are modernist classics or must be custom made for this house.
Pieterjan also tracked down all the vintage pieces of furniture, lighting and deco for this wonderfull project. Although finished a few years ago, we are still on the hunt for that perfect piece for every corner of this amazing mansion.
